Are repair and detailing costs included in membership?

Costs charged by outside providers, such as repairs, parts and detailing, are agreed with you before any work is approved. Your membership agreement sets out exactly what is and is not included.

Can you collect and return my vehicle?

Yes. Pickup and delivery is arranged in advance for approved appointments, with the details agreed before we collect your vehicle.
